At MTB Direct, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next ride. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all mountain bike component packaging and tags intact.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
